Today
my daughter in law
Becky
introduced me
to a
"Snake Bite".
It
is
Pear Cider
in the
bottom
of
a
glass,
followed by
pouring
Guinness
over a
large spoon
to
float
deliciously
atop
the
Pear Cider.
The Pear Cider
takes
away
the
nip
of the
Guinness.
Me
thinks
I
be
drinkin'
Guinness
tomorrow
too.

Hi Donna I won't forget your name as my daughter is named Donna, Thanks for dropping by and the lovely comment,
I enjoyed your post very much, I will be back.
Enjoy your Sunday
Yvonne,
You had me at peach cider.
that sounds very interesting; will have to attempt a snake bite sometime in the summer months ahead
betty
Gives a whole new meaning to being a snake handler!
Sounds strong.
Hi Yvonne. You are so welcome and I will be back to visit you as well.
Jeanie: LOL...
betty: It is soooo good.
Debra: LOL...you ain't kiddin'!! But I really am a light weight (in drinking that is)
Alex: It really is smoooooth. The peach cider takes the "bite" out of the tartness of Guinness...so, wonder why they call it a snake bite??
I feel ill just thinking about snake bites. Bad experience! Mixing beer with anything is never good for me.
That sounds intriguing.
