This blog was formerly dedicated in 2009 to my Dad who died of Alzheimer's in 2013. It's been three years now...and I find myself missing blogging...so I am re-inventing my blog... because, after all, life is about moving through, and going forward...

Updates...

No word on Dad yet, the primary doc has to conference with the vascular surgeon.

Tomorrow night hubby and I leave for California to check out some properties.  We'll rough it on the kid's couch for two nights, while we are house hunting...then on Sunday...Valentines, we'll stay at a hotel.  We'll come back home on Monday...

Taking the laptop...so I will keep in touch...

Properties? Did I miss something? I knew you wanted to be there in California now that your daughter's having a baby, like renting an apartment, but I didn't know you had progressed to actually taking the step to look at property! I'm crossing my fingers for you that you find something quickly and get this show on the road! Are you taking Izzy with you or boarding her?

I hope you had a good trip to the state I live in, California and found a home to buy. I also hope you enjoyed our wonderful weather, unless you are looking at the mountains to live where it is cold and full of snow.

I hope things with your Dad get sorted soon Donna...father's are terrible at taking orders at the best of times aren't they?
Enjoy your valentines and I hope you find a nice place in California.
Take care of yourself xc

Thank you Rayna...

Wander (Linda): We boarded Izzy. Things are so stressful around our household, we felt we needed to check out some options since this is a three day weekend...and the next one is not until May...we'll just exploring our options.

Darlene: Where in Cali do you live? The weather was gorgeous and the mountains were breathtaking.

Toni: I need to call tomorrow to find out more about Dad. We had a great time in Cali...

Jeanie: Thank you so much...we had a safe and fun trip. Keep Dad in your prayers...
